How Our Plant Works:
1. Milk Reception & Chilling
  • ♦   Milk received from farms is cooled instantly to 4°C to preserve quality.
2. Clarification & Standardization
  • ♦   Impurities are removed; fat levels adjusted per product type.
3. Pasteurization
  • ♦   Milk is heated to 72–75°C and rapidly cooled—killing pathogens and ensuring shelf life.
4. Product Processing
  • ♦   Milk is transformed into value-added products:
  • ♦   – Curd, Paneer, Ghee, Flavored Milk, Cream
5. Packaging
  • ♦   Fully automatic pouch packing and bottle filling systems.
